These terms explain how you may use Exchange My Driving Test, what you are responsible for, and how payments, matches, and account activity are handled.
Last updated: 2 June 2026
Exchange My Driving Test helps users list driving test details, set swap preferences, find potential matches, and communicate after eligible details are unlocked. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the test details and preferences you submit. Exchange My Driving Test is not the DVSA and does not guarantee that any test swap will be accepted, completed, or available at the time you act on it.
Paid features, swap payments, and premium subscriptions are processed through supported payment providers such as Stripe. Prices, billing periods, cancellation options, refunds, and payment statuses may be shown in the app where applicable.
You must not use Exchange My Driving Test for fraud, spam, harassment, scraping, false listings, unauthorised access, or any activity that harms users, the platform, or third-party services.
We may update, suspend, or change parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, legal, operational, or product reasons. We may also update these terms from time to time.
We may restrict or remove access if an account breaches these terms or creates risk for other users. You may request deletion of your account through available account settings, subject to legal, payment, and audit retention requirements.
If you have questions about these Terms of Use, please contact us through the support options available in Exchange My Driving Test.
